1. Get Yoga Fit in 30 Days:

Get Yoga Fit in 30 Days is a program created by yoga expert: Samrat Prasham. They have created a program that focuses on improving your flexibility in the first week and progressively focuses on improving your agility, breathing and endurance over a period of 30 days.

The main focus here is to make Yoga a daily habit. The positive side effects from this might be more mental balance, weight loss, better decision making all at the comfort of your home.

2. Seven Yogasana Challenge: (attend for FREE)

This challenge is organized by the Champion Athletes Club.This challenge requires you to do any 7 yogasana poses and submit to the designated site. As a result you will be getting a customized trophy and an E-Certificate as your reward. This is a one in a million chance to show off your poses and accuracy!

3. Meditation Program: (attend for FREE)

This Program is organized by Sahajayoga Meditation. You will find the experience of this online class very real life-like and in fact more attentive and personal. You learn and practice meditation and learn how to use and apply it to situations in life. The gentle and easy technique shared is known as 'Sahaja Yoga' meditation and is practiced in more than 100 countries and is always free. This program will be held online via zoom call.
