Membership

In case of transaction made to purchase a membership through Fitternity and there is no unfulfillment from Fitternity or from the affiliate service provider the refund given to the customer will be calculated as mentioned below:

If the refund request is within 24 hours from your membership purchase date the refund given in the Fitcash wallet will be 100% of the amount paid or Bank refund is given will be deducting 3% as cancellation charges

If the refund request is from 24 hours from your membership purchase date till start date the refund given in the Fitcash wallet will be 100% of the amount paid or Bank refund is given will be deducting 5% cancellation charges

If the refund request is given 2 days after the Start date the refund given in Fitcash wallet will be 90% of the amount paid or Bank refund is given will be deducting 18% GST + 5% Cancellation charges

If the refund request is given after 3 days from the start date of the membership purchased customer has to directly reach out to the service provider.

In the case of unfulfillment from Fitternity or from the affiliate service provider against the membership purchased the refund given to the customer will be calculated as mentioned below:

In case of unfulfillment from Fitternity or its affiliated service provider the customer is eligible for the refund in the form of FitCash only when the concern is raised and not resolved within 2 Business days. The customer has to intimate Fitternity within 48 hours from the start date of the membership purchased.

If the service partner shuts down their gym/studio or discontinues their services - Fitternity is not responsible for a refund/transfer of membership. The aforementioned is in the hands of the service partner.

Additional Information

If the membership offer is only for new customers of the gym/studio and an existing member purchases the membership - the membership will not be valid and Fitternity will refund the amount after deducting 5% of the transaction value

If the membership offer is only for females/college student / senior citizens and is purchased by a user who is not eligible - the membership will not be valid and Fitternity will refund the amount after deducting 5% of the transaction value

In case of non-consumption of your membership after your membership period lapses, a refund/extension is not applicable.

Pay Per Session

In case of a transaction made to purchase a Trial/ Workout Session, A customer is not entitled to a refund/reschedule if he/she fails to attend the session.

In case the customer cancels a Paid session in 24 hours - 1 hour prior to the workout the refund will be given in the Fitcash wallet deducting 10% up to 50 Rs of the paid amount

In case of service provider cancels the Paid Session the refund will be given in the Fitcash wallet with an additional 10% of the paid amount which can be used to reschedule the session

In case of unfulfillment from Fitternity or affiliate service provider, the refund will be given in the Fitcash wallet with an additional 25% of the paid up to 200 Rs.

In case the transaction involves usage of Fitcash the refund amount will be the additional amount paid by the customer
