Aqua workouts are a part of Aquatic therapy where exercises are done in the swimming pool. Knowing swimming is not essential to do Aqua workout classes. It helps in losing extra fat mass and tones your body by gaining normal curves of the body. Improves your lung capacity and heart endurance, thus improving your performance with building your strength and power. Aquatic exercises use water to provide high resistance to movements without using any additional resistance equipment like heavy dumbbells, thera-bands etc. However, advanced aqua-workout techniques require the use of noodles and dumbbells made out of very light materials to provide extremely high resistance.
