I did Yoga under Meeta's guidance and believe me it made a lot calmer person.It toned my body and help in my snoring too.Now I don't snore and have become more flexible too.I can sit and do my work in padmasan comfortably. Meeta takes care of your personal strengths and weaknesses during the class and monitors carefully.One gets full attention from her as she can make out from the pose, if we are giving our 100% or not. She is a nice person and an expert in handling all health issues.
