Their program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Their specialty is not specializing. They’ve used their same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. They scale load and intensity; they don’t change programs.

You don’t have to be strong or fit to join up. Every workout we do can be scaled to suit your current level of ability.
The friendly trainers will help you choose appropriate modifications to every workout ensuring that it is achievable but challenging. The community ranges from people who are looking to have fun while getting fit, to people who are serious about competing.
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the fastest growing fitness program in the world. It is a constantly varied, high intensity program that presents a challenge with each and every workout, and rewards you with the physical and mental fitness of elite athletes. It's a total body and mind transformation that takes place with every workout.
What makes CrossFit different?
CrossFit has identified the 10 general skills of physical fitness. They cover a broad range of innate human abilities that can be lost over time. CrossFit is designed to help people of all fitness levels recover these general skills that translates to living fuller, easier, longer lives.
Why will you enjoy CrossFit?
CrossFit is never boring! Exercises from various training methods and sports are brought together to create a comprehensive training program that changes with every workout. Gymnastics (body weight movements), weightlifting (Olympic, Power, Kettlebell etc.) and metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, swimming etc.) are just the basics of rediscovering or improving upon the 10 General Skills. The rush of hard work, the feeling of accomplishment and the bonding of community brings CrossFitters together all over the globe and into the gyms each and every day!
Who can do CrossFit?
The program is perfect for everyone-from those with the most fitness experience to those who may never have walked into a gym! CrossFit is designed to break down the exercises to the most fundamental levels. Complexity and intensity are added as each athlete (all CrossFitters are athletes!) become more familiar with the movements and exercises. CrossFit is all about functional fitness, and function, as well as intensity are relative to the individual
Why CrossFit over other exercise forms?
CrossFit or intense functional training is a very broad training routine. It is a combination of gymnastics, weight lifting, metabolic conditioning and cardio. It includes movements from different sports whose utility can be seen in day-to-day life. CrossFit includes both functional training and traditional training, which in my opinion works beautifully if your goal is to live a long healthy life. And the fact that everyday is a completely new workout is the most interesting part of the training module.
So, what are your goals?
