Hi all I want to share a happy news with you all about my experience with WE Fitness plz read on April 1, 2018 I got to know I have thyroid I started feeling sick and disappointed I read many of the review in Google that once thyroid enters the body we cannot be in our normal health condition we put on weight feel more hungry and so on. so my doctor told me I have to start take the medicines but I asked him what could be the alternate to bring back the tyroid units to normal he told me I have to work out for three hours per day and strictly food diet to maintain but I should not put on weight nor I have to reduce my current weight so I did work out from that day Three hours every day and followed strict diet but after 2 months did not find much difference then I thought of joining aqua fitness classes but yesterday I got my check up once again and the great thing was my thyroid level is normal now and my Weight has not reduced Now the doctor has told to continue the same lifestyle and I need not to go for any medicine Thank you WE FIT

An example of what a fitness centre must be... Good equipments and very good trainers... I am feeling my fittest best after working out at WE Fitness... Varied exercise regimen that's monitored regularly coupled with WE Group workout makes it simply the best... A must visit.. must enroll ...and yeah a must workout...

WE fitness has a perfectly planned process of segregating high health risk from low health risk individuals, which we think makes perfect sense because not all fingers are alike and the training protocol should vary depending on the client’s health status. This place is awesome, exactly what anybody interested in a gym should be looking for. Great atmosphere filled with motivated individuals looking to get better. The training staff is more than qualified and very knowledgeable regardless if your gym goals. What I like the most about the place is, we receive a call if we don’t turn up at the gym for a couple of weeks. I have not opted for personal training and yet they take the effort to call and make sure we are in and plan a new routine if it isn't working for us. It just goes to show the care they take for every one of their clientele. We have never seen any other fitness center do that. Just join WE Fitness for all your fitness routine I strongly recommend WE Fitness to all fitness enthusiasts

wimming Classes are too good. We like the teachers, they train well, the kids like them too, which is the most important thing. It's also convenient for us because it's just around the corner. I have joined my two kids for swimming classes, they both are doing well. They are promoted to level 3 now and enjoying their swimming.....the pool is indoor and temperature controlled anyone can swim at any season. They have maintained well and hygiene place.
