Completely unprofessional. Booked a session from fitternity for 10th feb 2020 at 7 30 PM. This guy Harish confirmed and sent me address but never showed up. I kept waiting, calling him but this guy never received my call. He being online in wtsapp did not pick my call or replied to my texts. Unethical and unprofessional attitude. Don’t know why ppl go to his class. If u have issue with fitternity than why the hell r u availing its service. Disgusting man

Arogya Siddhi Yog focuses on traditional Ashtanga Yoga. Harish sir is a very experienced teacher and he takes you through, asanas, pranayama and meditations very skilfully. Every session leaves you feeling calm and peaceful. These sessions do not give you a physical work like a gym would, but what they do to the mind is simply amazing. I don't want to call it just a yoga class. Harish sir has built a close community of students which he calls the ASY Parivar. I am so lucky to be a part of it!!
