You can workout by yourself or attend a daily LIVE workout session with Kunal and team, the choice is yours!

We got you!! Kunal & his team will conduct the same daily workouts LIVE on Zoom in two batches daily (8.30 AM and 7.30 PM), so you can workout with constant supervision with no room for error. And if you are looking for personalized attention, we can also get you a personal trainer to coach you through your 30 days!

 

Eating right is going to play a crucial role in your 30 day journey. We are going to provide you with a detailed diet plan that covers all daily meals with 80+ recipes developed for veg and non veg. We will also provide assistance for Intermittent Fasting (IF), Keto and overall a good diet regime. All meal plans and assistance will be provided by celebrity dietician Karena Adnani who is a sports nutritionist with 5+ years of experience.

 

 

An exclusive closed WhatsApp group will be the heart of #30DayTransformation. Our expert trainers & nutritionists will be available 24X7 on this WhatsApp to resolve ALL your doubts while motivating you daily throughout the course of the challenge. Congratulations!! You have taken the first step towards redefining your lifestyle and making the most of the lockdown! This challenge will help you redefine your fitness by improving both your diet as well as your workouts in a fun and interactive manner with industry-leading fitness expert, Kunal Rajput, and team Fitternity.
Day 1: Let’s Get Started
The day you start! Induction video call to the challenge followed by your first ever workout and meal plan. You will be oriented into the group & will start your Day 1 with real real-time feedback from the coaches to ensure you build on to proper posture & nutrition. The challenge progresses basis your individual fitness journey and will be tailor-made to make you achieve your maximum at the end of Day 30!
Day 5: It Is Getting Tougher
You’ll feel the workouts are getting tougher and you will start feeling burnout but just keep pushing yourself harder and harder and you will see the fruits of your workouts and healthy eating in the coming days. #NoPainNoGain
Day 10: The New Routine
It's been 10 days since you’ve taken the challenge and you have started to adapt to the routine of healthy living and you will look forward to your workouts every day and also you’ll be able to perform better in your workouts. Just be true to yourself and you will start to see some results soon!
Day 21: It’s Your New Habit
It has been scientifically proven that it takes 21 days to form a habit and you’ve just gotten there! Now you will look at your workouts like it’s just a part of your day to day and it won't be a real effort for you to work hard in your exercises and following your diet plan. Just ensure that you don’t slack while doing your workouts and don’t take cheat days till the end of this challenge.

How much does it cost?

How do I keep up my motivation during the challenge?

This is a 30 days transformation challenge and for you to see results, you have to follow the daily workout plans. Being a part of a closed group chat with other participants helps to create a sense of peer to peer motivation. Also, our in house coaches along with nutritionists will be tracking and following up with all the participants to ensure that you are getting closer to your fitness goal every day.

What will be the time for the live workout training?

8 30 AM and 7 30 PM - daily workouts will take place on Zoom conducted by Kunal Rajput & his team

Can I save the zoom sessions if we miss any of them?

No, you can't save zoom workout sessions. It is a strict 30-day plan where we encourage you to do the group live sessions, be a part of a community and follow the nutrition guidelines.

Can I have access to the workout routine? Or do I have to work out with trainers/Kunal Rajput?

Yes, you will have complete access to all the workout routines. We will share workouts a day prior with hyperlinked videos to the movements that we have shot for this challenge.

What if I am not able to workout at the dedicated timing of the zoom session?

You will have the exercises and workout plans given to you a day prior. You can always workout at your convenience or upgrade to a personal trainer for sessions based on your availability.

I am an advanced level fitness person; Can I get workouts with weights too?

Yes, we provide a workout program for intermediate / advanced level and you can modulate the same after discussion with the coaches.

Can I attend both morning and evening zoom workout sessions?

Yes, you can. But it is not advisable.

What will be the workout schedule, Monday to Sunday, or alternate days?

Every day except Sunday

How can we maintain a healthy diet during the challenge?

Our nutritionist will provide a weekly diet program which is crafted keeping in mind the goal for that particular week. The plan is very easy to follow and we will also be providing you over 80+ healthy recipes for vegans, vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Our in house coaches will ensure you are on track with regards your food habits & will nudge you to do better every day.

Will the diet plan be sent in advance, so that I can prepare my list?

Yes, it will be sent after you register prior to the challenge so you will have all the details you’ll need to plan.

What does 24/7 tracking and support mean? What is the closed group chat for?

The essence of this challenge is peer to peer motivation and the group chat plays a crucial role in keeping you motivated by creating a sense of accountability and togetherness. Fitternity’s in house coaches along with Kunal and his team are available to guide you everyday & address your queries.
