Day 1 – Organic Paneer Chatpata, Missi Roti, Dal Fry, Jeera Rice & Sweet
Paneer Chatpata is an exceptionally delectable vegetarian dish and an all time favorite dish to most of the adults and kids. This is basically a dish from the north Indian cuisine made with home made paneer which is shallow fried and marinated in yoghurt along with combination of spices and cooked in a yummy onion and tomato gravy
Missi Roti – High in nutrition and they taste good too.
Dal Fry is a spicy punjabi dish made from mixed dals like with chana and toor dal. This authentic Punjabi dal fry follows the former approach and uses assortment of protein rich dals cooked in pressure cooker and mixed with Indian curry spices sautéed in pure ghee. The whole cooked dal grains in dal fry prepared with the recipe gives it a delicious texture while ghee sautéed curry spices provides rich aroma and spicy taste.
Jeera Rice - Jeera rice is an Indian dish consisting of rice and cumin seeds.
Day 2 – Organic Pav bhaji, Tawa Pulao & Sweet
Pav bhaji is an Indian fast food dish that originated as Maharashtrian cuisine. While Bhaji is a traditional Marathi name for a vegetable dish, The pav-bhaji is a spicy preparation with a mixture of vegetables, either whole or mashed, a generous dose of fresh tomatoes, a dollop of butter, optional toppings of cheese, consumed with warm bread gently or crispy fried in butter - an all-time, any-time favorite with Mumbaikars.
Tava Pulao is instantly cooked with vegetables and tossed with Indian spices. Accompany Tawa Pulao with some raita, Gulab Jamun and you would be reaching heaven on earth. Being organic it’s healthier and taste remain the same.
Day 3 – Organic Low Carb Meal – 2 bowl of salad & 1 bowl of dal
If you think salads are boring. You must try the sprouts salad of DIal organic.Made from Organic sprouts and mouth watering chilles with a tangy twist giving you healthy, low cal(100Kcal) and a lunch you would definitely look forward to eat
