Horrible horrible experience. 1st they made me run around in 2 different venues. And she wasn't available on both places. (Fitternity goofed up woth her timings)Then after 2 days of enquiring she calls me and categorically tells me that she will be able to take me for only 6 sessions (I had signed up for 8 ) As I missed my 1st class. I gently reminded her that It wasn't my fault and I was all over bandra searching for her. Then we decide on another session and I go at khar gymkhana and wait for 30 mins on the morning and she doesn't show up! Didn't even pick up my phone. The receptionist also told me she does this often. Calls ppl and never shows up. I think fitternity needs to pull up their socks and verify these so called professionals.
