The coaches here are not just trainers, but also certified dieticians and physiotherapists, which ensures that the functional training imparted by them is converted into instant results, visible the very next morning! The best part about Virtu.fitness is the use of VR technology which converts the otherwise formidable HIIT workouts, into child's play. It's a great choice, and the lovely facilities in the gym have only contributed to increasing my motivation to get into perfect shape!

Nice gym and VR demo is amazing for fitness

Virtu.fitness is nothing less than amazing. The functional training here is right on point. It includes cardio, resistance and core which are planned in a circuit format that makes workouts more interesting. Also, the workouts change daily, so one doesn't really get bored doing the same thing over and over. The HIIT workout as a part of functional training at virtu.fitness is something that keeps me motivated since the coaches bring out the best in one's fitness regime and are full of energy. It's a great atmosphere here. Most importantly, the VR integrated workouts is something that one can never get over with. Haven't enjoyed my workouts any better ever before. It keeps me excited and motivated. The VR is something that pulls me back to the gym every single day. I was thoroughly impressed with all the facilities and would highly recommend virtu.fitness for anyone who is looking out for gyms to meet all their fitness goals right in a place.
