The Space is an exclusive boutique studio located in the heart of Juhu. They aim to connect our clients with a range fitness, lifestyle and performing arts coaches through a constantly evolving variety of classes and workshops. Their studio while being a quaint, luxurious and private, also serves as a warm, peaceful and homely environment to our clients.

 The Space is the only studio in Mumbai that offers Cindy's Bootcamp - a unique fitness program created by celebrity trainer Cindy Jourdain - a renowned former French Principal Ballerina also known for coordinating the Closing Ceremony of the London 2012 OlympicGames. She has also looked after the training regime of top stars like Katrina Kaif. Cindy's Bootcamp takes care of every single fitness aspects working towards better posture, mobility, flexibility, weight loss, endurance & muscular strength.
