The Body Craft House helps its students achieve their goals, which is more than just weight or inch loss. The focus is to make them functionally fit by improving their strength, stability, balance & co-ordination. While pilates and rehab classes help correct gym injuries, aqua rehabilitation helps them core cover from various muscular skeletal injuries and imbalances. Aqua fitness has shown amazing results for knee rehab, a common problem that exists among the youth as well.
The main aim of the studio is to give the best while not compromising on the quality of exercises. The fitness level of each student is kept in mind so as to offer very safe and effective programmes. It is possible that in group classes every student might be given different workouts according to their history and previous injuries. A maximum of 12 students in every class assures personal attention is paid to every single one of them.
All the fitness forms aqua aerobics, fitness, pilates exercise, yoga, kick boxing, circuits, station workouts follow the Tabata protocol in water, which is a high intensity interval programme but is also very safe. One of the best weight loss exercises.
At 40, she discovered her passion and followed her heart to turn it into a profession. Today, she runs her studio by the name of The Body Craft House that offers programmes for power yoga, aerobics, zumba, pilates and many other fitness forms including the uber different aqua aerobics.Along with that, the studio offers yogalates, functional training, cardio kick boxing, vibration and gliding yoga, trx suspension training, kettle bell exercises as well.
Rajni also undertakes personal customized and sport specific training. She has successfully trained few national level young swimmers for Dry Land Training, which helps them to improve their performance.
She has recently got certified as a Barefoot training specialist from Evidence based fitness academy USA.
