Pia's Yoga : The yoga classes will not only help you de-stress and relax, but will also guide you to a healthier lifestyle. Each class has a different theme workout exercise that works on all the parts of your body, giving it a very holistic approach.
Pia's style of teaching is influenced by all her teachers which is Vinyasa & Hatha and her classes comprise of Asana, Pranayama, Chanting & Yogic Philosophy. She aims to share her joy of healthy living with others that spells a healthy body & a calm mind.
Pia is professional yoga teacher who has been learning and teaching yoga internationally for many years. She was the owner of Pia's yoga studio , kirribilli , NSW, Sydney for 3 yrs. She not only teaches individuals, student groups, schools and corporate but also attended advanced yoga teaching programs at Nature Care college in Sydney. She has certification in yoga teaching (Level 1 from YTAA) and Yoga therapy.
Prior to Australia, Pia has learnt from the masters like Vincent Tam (Malaysia, Yoga teachers trainer for Fitness First), Bharat Thakur (Artistic Yoga, India), John Friend (Anusara Yoga). She holds graduation degree in Indian Philosophy and has a keen interest in Ayurveda as a complimentary aid to her Yoga practice
