One of the best gym especially if you are starting from scratch. This gym is well equipped with almost all the requirements. The vibe which you get once you enter this place is one of the many motivating factors to keep you going. The trainers here are very cool and friendly, they make sure that they get the best out of you by pushing you to your limits.

Good place to workout. Excellent trainers and staff. Clean and hygienic place. I have experienced results in 2 months but you should keep your diet intact as well.

T99 Fitness Transformation is a premium fitness center and gym located in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. Process for Fitness Assessment is you have to go for 2 days Trial

  1. 1st day to understand posture and mobility and strength and endurance,
  2. 2nd Day weight training combo workout.. Once 2 days is complete they will give feedback to you. 


It is important to understand that one has to be in a positive state of mind, to achieve positive results. As trainers, the T99 trainers focus more on the mental aspect than the physical aspect. It is important to plan a workout that exhausts the body but relaxes the mind. T99 believes that knowledge is power, and that helps them train the clients not to work hard, but to work smart. They train you not to blend in to your environment, but to adapt.
