Studio Burn is a new first of its kind format of personal training and group training. The 45-minute workout is an immersive experience that helps you push harder and get results fasters than a regular workout. It’s a balance of functional training, spinning and strength training. Person work outs are guided by a virtual trainer and a personal trainer. While the person works out he/she gets their heart rate monitored live on the screen as well as their calorie burn. These inputs help you increase/decrease the intensity of the workout. Nothing motivates like when the calorie ticker starts ticking.
