Shivfit is a top-notch crossfit training gym and box present at Bandra, Mumbai. This Crossfit Studio is started by the founder of Crossfit in Mumbai - Deepesh Bhatt 

Deepesh Bhatt is a CrossFit master trainer better known as Shivoham. He has trained the likes of Aamir Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, John Abraham and Kangana Ranaut but insists that he would rather be known for his work than for the people he trains.  

Shivfit aims at helping you stretch and burn muscle groups effectively, helping you achieve your fitness goals like body building, weight loss and more through this stretch and conditioning program.

Their program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.  Their specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. They’ve used their same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. They scale load and intensity; they don’t change programs.

Renowned for their excellent equipments including sleds, an airdyne, rowing machines, peg boards and olympic bars; they welcome people from all ages and all backgrounds are welcome to join. You don’t have to be strong or fit to join up. Every workout we do can be scaled to suit your current level of ability.

Why CrossFit over other exercise forms?

I have been doing crossfit with Shivfit bandra since April under the supervision of Suraj their trainer but since he left in December I was not sure about the other trainers but I thought I will continue which I think was a very bad idea.. basically UNQUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS .. ANOOP has no knowledge about crossfit very RUDE and super ARROGANT .. would not recommend his class..
