SaiSoulYoga by Khuahhish

It was tagged as a Hatha and vinyasa class but all we did was meditation and pranayam..I really Hope fitternity mentions that what kind of class it is since not all of us are wanting to do meditation entirely

I look forward to going for yoga by Khuahhish everyday. The class is really good I feel great and rejuvenated at the end of every session. Khuahhish is very attentive to each and every one in the class and is Very good and well balanced teacher training with theory as she makes us understand what every asna means and does to ones body! She is a great yoga teacher and I will definitely go for a membership this whole year.

This is the first time i've ever done Yoga and all i can say is wow. Khuahhish is an incredible instructor. She really focuses on your technique and breathing to maximise the impact on your mind, body and soul. I would highly recommend this class to anyone!

Khuahhish is a highly motivating yoga teacher and she pushes you to test your limits. Even in a group class she provides individual attention and demonstrates the traditional yoga flow. Get ready for a rewarding sweat session.

I have been practicing yoga since the last 3 months, but have only started classes with Khuahhish since the last 15 days. I have noticed that her classes are much more intense than what I have been doing before with other teachers. Even though it’s a group class, she makes sure to give individual attention to each and every person. She keeps correcting you even if you set one foot wrong, which was missing in the other yoga classes that I was attending before. Khuahhish makes sure that you get you breathing technique right, which is the most important aspect while doing yoga. What I like about yoga is that there is no end to it. There is always something to learn in each and every class. I would definitely recommend Khuahhish for your yoga lessons whether you are a beginner or you want to do it at a higher level.
