Rima Thakker started off as a simple (traditional) yoga teacher 15 years ago, going ahead with her journey she realized that a lot of people were looking for a much faster form of yoga hence she trained herself under Leena Mogre for her Teachers training course for power yoga.
Rima works around her classes with a lot of inspiration, whether it be from her own workouts or her research on the internet or even a mere dance step picked up for TV.
Rima likes to divide her hourly sessions in three different segments:
1. The warm up exercises
2. The full body workout - this works on your Stamina, Strength Flexibility and Core Muscles keeping yoga in mind
3. Cooling Down - this consist of the Stretches, Pranayam and Relaxation/Meditation
