Out teacher Ms Maya is more than a Yoga instructor, infact a friend /guide /mentor , who will listen( without any judgement ) to you and your emotional state and guide you through most of the life situations and push you to do better everyday and find answers for your own good. I am an undergraduate student from Bangalore and was searching for online yoga classes , preferably one to one classes and found Ayam yoga from Mumbai . I have been to yoga classes before which I have discontinued as I am not consistent and was always looking for a motivating instructor . After joining Ayam yoga , I am very happy and enthusiastic . Things I liked about the instructor were that the classes moved slowly from simple to complex and in the pace I was comfortable with . The timings were flexible and the didn't clash with my classes . The exercises that I thought I could never do were all possible because of the instructor . I highly recommend Ayam yoga.

I was searching for something for stress management. I found Ayam Yoga close to my home. They had early morning classes over the weekend for relaxation and meditation. Their techniques helped and slowly my anxiety and insomnia subsided. Would recommend for all working people.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2010. It was heartbreaking and devastating. After i recovered from the initial shock i started looking for alternate ways to deal with it. I did not want to be on interferons and in and out of the hospitals. I was already in touch with a homeopathic doctor who was helping me create an alternate lifestyle for myself. I contacted Maya from Ayam Yoga after finding its info on the internet. I called her and thus started a 8 year relationship. I started doing yoga and slowly and steadily my condition improved... there was a time when i could not be on my feet for more than an hour and now i can work for 6-8 hours comfortably in a day. Yoga & Pranayam has been a life changing device for me. It has kept me away from the hospital and brought my life back. Maya used to read up on my condition and kept devising special instructions for me. She also kept a check on what i was eating and guiding me on nutrition. i have been training with her for the last 8 years and am looking forward to where i can go with my fitness :)
