About Pride Power Yoga And Aerobics Prem Nagar
Pride is a brand of Mindsweep Ideas Pvt. Ltd, & recently they entered into the corporate sector with this name and has 4 branches.
Yoga has been practised since ancient times all over India. Yoga brings us in harmony with the nature and also gives us the ability to enjoy life, fulfill our potential and find our own identitiy.
At Pride, they help you to stay in shape by different workouts like Yoga, Power Yoga, Aerobics & Zumba. It is a perfect place for individuals who are looking to develope stamina, loose weight and tone up by working on the deeper muscles of the body.
Pride is specially designed for silent and subtle practice allowing the practitioners to concentrate fully and feel "at home." At the studio, you can relax, enjoy and destress your worries and connect with your innerself.
Mindsweep Ideas Pvt. Ltd. is also looking forward to establish its forte into corporates, Gymanisum, Dance studio etc. Their current project is a hotel named "Anand Niketan" at Haridwar. They are on the path of fulfilling their vision of 'Healthy India.'

Pride is owned and operated by Mr. Vineet Shah & Mrs. Jagruti Joshi. It was established in March, 2013 with its first branch in Dahiser East.
The main thought behind it, was to create an awareness among the people regarding healthy lifestyle, through connecting mind, body & soul. Yoga is just not about physical excercise but much beyond than we think. It is the connection of your breath with your soul, which helps to keep individual happy.
Teacher Training Course (TTC) : They add another feature in their cap by proudly introducing Teacher Training Course (TTC) to achieve good health you have always dreamed of. The trainign is conducted at Jayraj Nagar, Borivali west on every Sunday for an hour. The duration for the course is 3 months. The course covers technical training, Teaching Methodology, Yoga, Philosophy, Lifestyle, Ethics and mainly dedicated hours of practice.
This course is certified through 'Mindsweep Ideas Pvt. Ltd / Pride' , which gives you the freedom to teach Yoga/Aerobics in any corner of one world.
