Kaizeen is Pilates Trainer par excellence. She is very detailed in her analysis and so very exact in her diagnosis. Within 3 months I am freed of years of aches and pains of the spine and leg. I've Also slimmed down.....which is great!....She is simply superb! i'd highly recommend her......

Kai is a fantastic Instructor. I had the pleasure of training with her when she was in Toronto and she is a STOTT PILATES Instructor that I would highly recommend to anybody. She is very knowledgeable and her attention to details is amazing and you will immediately see improvements in your overall health and well being. Once you start training with her, you will keep going back. I have recommended her to train some of my highest profile clients, friends and some celebrities.

About Pilates WIth Kaizeen Motafram

Pilates is a great way to improve the strength, tone and postural alignment of your body. It is intelligent exercise for all ages, body types and abilities. The Stott Pilates method incorporates modern theories of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation making it one of the safest and most effective methods available. Pilates combines strengthening techniques and body conditioning, with a focus on whole body fitness. It is known to improve posture, flexibility, support healthy weight loss, and so much more.

Kaizeen is trained and certified in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cardillac, Barrels, Injuries and Special Populations at the Stott Pilates Headquarters in Toronto, Canada. She has experience training people with issues ranging from obesity, injuries (back, neck, shoulder, knee, etc.), multiple sclerosis, breast cancer and osteoporosis in Canada and India.

She personally assesses the postural alignment of each client, creates a customized workout, based on her findings and goals of the client, and personally trains each client.

The session can be held at the client’s place or hers, by appointment.
