About Optimum Health
Swanand Shivarkar, the sole founder ,started the first branch of Optimum Health in March 2010 at Chinchwad.
• Facilities in all the branches comprise gym, cardio, group-ex activity hall and a unisex salon spread across more than 5,000 and
plus sq ft area.
• In a short span the number of branches increased to 4 across Pune and a well trained and certified staff of 130 to 150 manages
5,000 odd members in these branches.
• Locations of gym include – Chinchwad, Pimple Saudagar, Paud road and Model colony.
• The staff comprises certified trainers, nutritionists, managers, fitness counselors, and physiotherapists and so on.
• All the trainers are K11 certified whereas the nutritionists are graduates from Pune University. Apart from this they go through
training after joining Optimum Health. This training is primarily focused on their grooming.
• Scientific variations in workout and constant motivation from the trainers help the members in achieving their goal easily.
• The Personal Health Management program launched by us got an overwhelming response from the members.
• At Optimum Health we make a conscious effort to educate our members so that they can lead a healthy lifestyle.
• The workout sessions for all the members are designed by experts and are constantly upgraded. The workout sessions help in
enhancing functionality in day to day activities.
• Activities like Zumba, aerobics, bollywood dancing, kickboxing, core exercises , TAG batch, and few patented sessions like Ground
up strength and Pump it Up give a wide choice to the members and hence no boredom at all.
• We have been conducting regular seminars for members on public demand. These seminars address to all the queries that the
members have to achieve their fitness goals.
• The counselors and senior trainers are constantly put through workshop for knowledge- up gradation.
• Corporate tie-ups : Tata Motors, Poona International Dental Hospital (PIDH), Smilekraft Dentistry, Syntel, Sai Prasad Foods Pvt Ltd.
