Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor(UK) has been in field of rehab medicine for over 20 years. Using the concepts of Pilates she has been treating patients and conducting corporate workshops. Since the past 5 years she is also teaching Pilates at group classes for the general population wanting to improve their fitness levels and hence enable them to do more activities reducing their risks to injuries.
