My experience was bad with the app. The app is not updated with correct class timings and type of class

I have been regular to Gym for about a year now and the staff guidance and nutrition staff has helped me alot in transforming. when I joined the gym I weighed 91.5 kgs. Within 3 months I weighed close to 82kg with a body as well. I would recommend this Gym to every person who tends to loose weight. Great Gym with cool amenties and excellent trainers. Good enviorment . Regular HIIT workouts and Cardio sessions. you get an option to join Zumba, Yoga, Aerobics, Kick Boxing Ect. classes too.
