Worst management ever! If you wish to waste your money for a slippery group class floor which will leave you with really bad injuries, if you wish to see the most arrogant staff ever and the arrogant-est owner of a gym, Kaizen might be the right choice. Once the money is paid, they forget you and "valuing customers" is an alien term to them. Personal training is all they want you to take for extra 25k per month. Shittiest gym. All who had done the mistake of joining this gym have left and moved to better gyms as soon as the membership expired. When they opened in 2016 they used to charge 22k for annual membership, 28k for 2017 and now 35k. Seriously!? Waste of money, time and energy!
