This was my first try with MMA. So made a list of some 3 studios and thought will decide after attending demo sessions. And believe me, after the demo session at SHOOTFIGHTERS I was very sure that there was no need try other studios. Mr Gautham the trainer, was very humble and very detail about each move. Now its been 3 months and still every session is so refreshing and exciting.

The trial session was really good.

First and foremost, this was my first try with Kick-Boxing and it was way better than I expected. Left home on my 200 RS baring the Bengaluru's morning cold to find a classy studio. Yes, a classy studio which will add extra boost. A very well maintained, perfectly floor finished Nivessa was itself was an inspiration. Coming to the training part, I will give 4.5 out of 5 first. We were only four people at the session. So, Gowtham, the trainer was very much able to concentrate on each one of us throughout the session. Started from very basic stretching exercises to mid range circuit training, every step was perfectly explained and are smoothly performed. He was making sure that we are full energy at every point of time. Your plans for any workouts will depend upon your first day experience. If you like it, you will definitely think of continuing, if not then you think of excuses. But believe me, you don't need to find any excuse, because you will love this from the very first session. My suggestion is to try this once and be my company :P And ya, thank you fitternity :)
