Gold's Gym effectively established as "Mecca of Bodybuilding Workout" started in Venice California in 1965 & became the hotbed for the development of training techniques & equipments.Today, Gold's Gym has over 700 facilities. The gym provides facilities ranging from Steam Rooms, Shower, Juice and Snack bar, Spinning, Group exercises including zumba, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and many more. The 'Bandra Gold's' as everyone refers to it boasts of live DJ to help you sweat out to your favorite beats and a successful weight loss program, which has helped many reach their fitness goals.
