A.The FitSquad Program offers you benefits on working out. Through this you can track your workout & avail rewards on each milestone.

A. No. There is no membership fee required to be part of the FitSquad program. All you need to do is register for it & scan the QR code placed at the fitness center to mark your check-in to start earning rewards.

A. The FitSquad Program is available on Fitternity partnered network across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.

A. If you are Fitternity registered user - you are automatically a part of the FitSquad Program. If you are not a Fitternity user - you will have to download the Fitternity app & register.

A. Yes you can be part of FitSquad program. The initial set of rewards (1st milestone) will be available for everyone on achieving 10 workouts check-ins. The next set of rewards will be unlocked by simply doing a booking through Fitternity.

A. On the Fitternity app, to mark the check-in, refer to the FitSquad Section to scan the QR code available at the fitness center.

A. Find your fitness center on Fitternity & look for the FitSquad Tag. If the tag is available - then your fitness center is part of the FitSquad Program. In case if your Fitness Center is not a part of the program - you can request for it & we will get it processed within 48 hours. Alternatively you can call us at 022-61094444 to find out the details.

A. FitSquad milestones are based on the number of days you workout at the Fitternity Partner Network. The FitSquad milestones to be achieved are at 10, 30, 75, 150 & 225 days of working out in 12 months.

A. On achieving FitSquad Milestone you are eligible to avail rewards worth Rs 25,000 on reaching the workout milestones (10, 30, 75, 150 & 225 days of working out in 12 months). These rewards are a mix of - discounts from brands like Zomato Gold, Book My Show, Cleartrip, Amazon, Personalized Diet Consultation, Quirky Merchandise Hamper & many more.

A. You are eligible to receive any 1 reward on completing each milestone through the FitSquad Program.

A. The details of workout check-ins & rewards are available on the Fitternity App under the FitSquad Section.

A. The validity of the FitSquad Program is 12 Months from the time of your first workout. Eg: If you start your first workout on 1st September 2018, then you are part of FitSquad uptil 31st August 2019. Post which the milestones will be refreshed.

A. No. You are allowed only 1 check-in per day. Each check-in will be considered within the 24 hour cycle between 12:00 am - 11:59 pm . Eg: If you check-in on 1st September at 11:00 pm, then your next check-in will be applicable on 2nd September post 5:00 am.

A. On claiming the reward, you will receive an Email & SMS through Fitternity explaining on the steps to redeem your voucher, offer & hamper, etc with each brand. Kindly review the T&Cs applicable to each brand.

A. Yes. You can redeem your reward at any point during the FitSquad Program within 12 Months from the time of your first check-in. Kindly review the T&Cs applicable on each brand.
