Before I started working, I was considered a "gymaholic"and was called a "fitness freak" by my friends and relatives. However, after I started working, I was under so much stress and didn't really find time for myself which started to affect my physique and health. I had gained weight and lost stamina and endurance.
Through this I was stressed, my family pushed me to take up this #30DayTransformation Challenge and that was the best thing that happened to me in 2020. I went from being lethargic to energetic, I had upped my stamina and strength. In short, I regained zest for not only being fit, but feeling fit too.
Thanks to the entire challenge by Fitternity, Kunal Rajput, Karena Adnani & the rest of the trainers, I'm now working out post the challenge completion too and have even opted to take up the Sustainance Program designed to help challenge users persevere through.
