FITNESS CAFE is the huge spacious GYM @ koramangal with high equipment's, professional trainers thanks to Mr Mayank !!! Love the positive vibes... The instructor Mr. Velu is extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated and awesome trainer to be around thank you, When I joined this gym my weight was 47 kg after three months I gained 12 kg with good diet, and the hard workouts trained by Mr. Velu. I recommend this Gym.

In my perspective its good gym. Gym provides Kickboxing, Cross training, weight training, cardio etc. The trainers are good and interactive with amazing people handling skills, and are helpful. Mr. Hussain(who is trainer for me), has the connect with members, always looking out and taking interest on the people working out. He has drive which drives the people there working out. Always pushing people to improve and increase capacity and capability. He has ingenious way of combining exercises so as to achieve the intended results ASAP. Cleanliness wise there are guys who clean the equipments at regular intervals with proper disinfectants. If still we need a On Spot cleaning to be done, it is immediately taken care on request. Equipment's are decent enough, for the charges.(In my view basic equipments are enough for working out, person blaming tools is just giving a excuse) Mean time to recovery is quiet good for the gym considering the factors like usage, fees, location etc. Expectation of a High Tech Facility would be in vain having a miser attitude. Its a Value for Money.

One of the best gym in Kormangala with a good set of equipments and good and knowledgeable trainers in the gym especially Hussain Sir with his guidance and work out plans with which I lost about 28 kilograms in 5 months of time span and the owners of the gym are very much caring in the procedure of workouts by sending mails about the diet chat and each differently like fat loss diets, weight gain diets and e.t.c.
