Evolve Fitness & Wellness Pune: 4/5  Equipment:5/5 Trainer: NA Value of Price:5/5 Ambience:4/5 Amenities 4/5 I had always seen Evolve gym on @dumbbellsndrama ‘s Insta and have been curious to workout in it. It always looked like a lot of fun… and damn! It was. @brewkenstein & I decided to go for a session and work on deadlifts and our back. It was one of the most intense workouts we had, mostly due to the company but also the gym is perfectly balanced. There is a studio section for yoga, Zumba etc and adjoining to that there is the gym. Hats off to whoever designed the space because it’s not a large gym tbh. It’s one of the smallest gyms I’ve worked out in. But it’s perfect. (could be due to it being in Pune & not as many people in cities like Mumbai/Delhi) It has a few treadmills & rowing machines, weight section with HAMMER STRENGTH machines (my favourite) now here is the kicker. It has a two lane running track! You can sprint inside the gym! I have never, ever seen something like this available inside a gym in India. There is a climbing rope hanging from the ceiling, a tyre and small crossfit section that people can use. And a ROCK CLIMBING WALL! (Damn) All of these facilities fit into one floor space and still not ending up looking cramped? It’s brilliant. Positive: The way it’s priced? I suggest you just take the membership, blindfolded. It has everything you will need & the large windows will never let you feel like you’re in a cramped up gym. Negatives: The locker room. I don’t understand why Gyms continue to not take care of their locker rooms, this one was smelly and wasn’t a place I would end up taking a shower and feel refreshed. There was a juice bar section but it was shut. So don’t expect a place where you would get any refreshments before or after workouts.

gr8 place to workout ,each time you come you improve your strength hunger for workout keeps growing as you step each time perfect place to become a part trainers tkeep monitoring you so that you don't drop your level experience your self 👍

GOOD GYM ENVIRONMENT ONLY BAD SERVICE I would rate a 3 as its gym in this area with people offering good exercise environment but i m not happy with their service at all every time i have to go to the authorities and inform them about service which they need to provide me i would prefer switching to another gym if i get great environment and good service providing people in gym.

the trainer's were helpful and informed me about the session and work out. I hope it was not a days behavior. bought the membership for a month. experience was good. ac was not working so it was little hot inside but the trainer said they will get it fixed. hoping for the best.
