CULT Gym Richmond Road

I have invested my time and money in golds gym and had subscribed for one year membership and wanted to start my session from Mid of March 2020 but due to pandemic the gym got closed and had not even activated my gym session and it’s kind of shocked that gym is completely shutdown and won’t be operating going forward. I would want the full amount refund for the money I have paid this is just being so hopeless...! You guys are not even responding on any calls.

Gym shut down and did not inform a single member even after gyms were permitted to open up. Contact numbers are disconnected and all the managers has barred incoming calls. Weeks later the inform the public with a Instagram post and a lame sad story of their shut down and that existing memberships would be converted into fit cash with fitternity. Which is useless as there are no gyms at the level of Gold's connected to fitternity within 10kms minimum. All us members were mostly from the neighborhood. Shame on Golds and their management for the poor handling of this situation.

Rest In Peace Gold's Gym. We'll miss you😔. There's always the special place in our heart for our First Gym, and Gold's was my first. I'd give anything for it to open again, but looks like it won't. Goodbye, and thanks for everything😔.

The gym is 5 floor, with each separate floor for different workouts their equipments are awesome, and all trainers are really helpful they have steam, hot and cold showers, freah towel
