Core Fitness is a premium gym and fitness centre located in HSR Layout, Bangalore. It offers gym workout and Functional training exercises like Circuit training, Kettlebell training and Bootcamp.

When you step through the door at a Core Fitness club, you'll quickly realize that we are different from some of the big brand gyms. While you will find top-of-the-line strength training and cardio equipment as well as a hygienic, professional and supportive environment, what you won't find at a Core Fitness club are the unnecessary "frills". Core Fitness believes that facilities such as spa, salon, lounge areas within the gym are not essential in achieving your fitness goals. Core Fitness strongly feel that investing in a larger area to accommodate these "frills" translates into higher membership fees – something we are not particularly comfortable with. As owners, they feel a better use of their resources is to offer you access to a world-class facility with high-end equipment, a knowledgeable, courteous, and well-trained staff at a price that will not empty your wallet!

Their dedicated team of certified personal trainers and nutritionists help you work on your fitness goals in every way possible – including Fat Loss and Muscle Gain, prepping for marathon/athletics, or bringing out those six pack abs. We also offer Group Training Programs – ranging from Yoga, Zumba, Salsa to Bollywood dance, and a variety of aerobic classes to ensure your work out routine is varied and fun.
