About Beyond Studio

Beyond is a flagship studio in the heart of Bandra, Mumbai where fitness wellness and art walk hand in hand to promote self realisation.

Cindy is a former professional French Ballerina who danced for both the English National Ballet and the Royal Ballet Company in London. She held the lead role in the award-winning feature Film, Love Tomorrow, performed as the guest Principal Ballerina in Take That’s “Progress Live” Tour, and coordinated the ballet section of the Closing Ceremony of the 2012 Olympics Games in London. Her CV also features further achievements in theatre, music and choreography.

Passionate about athleticism and physical fitness Cindy is a qualified personal trainer and Crossfit coach who has looked after the training regime of some of Bollywood biggest stars such as Katrina Kaif and recently launched Cindy’s Bootcamp, her new fitness venture based in Mumbai, India
