Chaitali Kohli is trained Belly Dancer and has been learning and teaching Belly Dance since past 8 years. She is India's only woman who has also done Belly Dance in Pregnancy and has deviced a program for pregnant women help them dance safely in their pregnancy. Chaitali has done Prenatal Belly Dance workshop for Fortis Hospital, Life Cell, DNA newspaper Baby on Board & various prestigeous events. She has been a part of a women oriented program called Smart Woman, where she has done Belly dance in Pregnancy episode, How to use Belly Dance to get fit post delivery.
While looking out for a workout for herself she wanted something that would be easy on my body at the same time it would challenge her energy levels. Bellyfit has similar kind of flow to it and that is why chose to do it. It's an ammazing mix of Belly Dance, Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates Chakra Meditation and other dance forms.
