Flatbread

For a more wholesome version of the ‘roti’, commonly known as the flatbread, use one part ground oats, one part ragi flour, and one part wheat flour. Not only will your rotis be extremely healthy, these will also taste distinctly amazing!

Dessert

No meal is complete without an amazing dessert. Whip up a healthy dessert by simply lining a dessert glass with mixed berries of your choice and pour a layer of yogurt, sweetened with a dash of honey over the berries. Top with a layer of chopped pistachios, and repeat. Voila, nothing says guilt-free better than this beauty in a glass!
