We all have heard about the 3 ingredient pancakes going around the internet for a while, but here, I am going to give you a little bit extra for those lazy healthy breakfast recipes: 2 recipes to the 3 ingredients pancakes!

Best part? All of the ingredients are pretty common, so you may already have them in the kitchen.

  1. The classic & healthy (isn’t that’s why we are reading this?) 3 ingredient pancake
  2. 3 ingredient vegan pancake

THE CLASSIC – HEALTHY PANCAKE:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Mash the banana using the fork and mix all the ingredients together, cook it like any other pancake and top it with your favorite pancake topping. Ours? The all-time healthy go-to snack: Peanut butter, of course

VEGAN PANCAKE:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup instant oats (100 g)
  • 3/4  cup oat milk

Blend it and voila! You have your batter ready. All you have to now do is cook it with some virgin coconut oil.
